Well the end of my Spanish learning for the purpose of this inquiry project has come to a close. Although I thought I might try and test myself at the end, I am too tired 🙂
But I would like to say I think I could have a very basic conversation in Spanish, and for that I am happy. My biggest take away is that I do have room to learn another language, I think I was very worried my French and Italian would get in the way or make it difficult. In reality, it made it much easier.
My advice to everyone is please engage with other languages, even if it’s just on Duolingo. It has endless benefits and allows our minds to open up to so many other perspectives. On that note, I will be continuing with Duolingo for as long as I can (shout out to gamifying language) and adiós for the last time.
